Q: How should I pack sharp or corrosive items?
A: Wrap sharp objects before placing them in the bag to prevent puncturing the fabric. Never store strong acids, solvents, or other corrosive liquids.
Q: How do I open and re-seal the bag correctly?
A: Unroll the closure layer by layer — never pull it forcefully. To check the seal, press the bag body: a firm bounce-back means it's airtight; if it feels soft, roll the closure tighter.
Q: How do I perform a leak test?
A: Place a dry paper towel inside, rinse the outside with water, and check whether the towel gets damp.
Q: Can I use the bag as a long-term water container?
A: No. It provides temporary waterproof protection only. Also, wipe off outside water droplets before opening to prevent seepage through the rolled opening.
Cleaning & Storage
Q: How do I clean the bag?
A: Rinse with fresh water and air dry in a shaded area. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh water after exposure to seawater. Hand wash only — do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.
Q: How do I remove stubborn stains?
A: Gently wipe with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid strong acids or alkalis, which can corrode the waterproof coating and zipper sealing tape.
Q: How should I maintain the roll-top closure?
A: Unroll the closure and clear out sand or debris from the folds. Store the bag with the closure unrolled to prevent deformation.
Q: What are the best storage conditions?
A: Store in a cool, dry place at 10–30°C (50–86°F), away from direct sunlight. Use silica gel desiccant packs inside to prevent moisture and mold.

Q: Can the bag be fully submerged in water?
A: The roll-top design withstands heavy rain and splashes, but is not for prolonged submersion — extended water pressure may cause leakage.
Q: How do I ensure a secure seal before a trip?
A: Fold the roll-top down 4 times to create an airtight seal, then press the bag. If it bounces back firmly, it's sealed; if it collapses, roll the closure tighter
